Part of moving into our new home was this grand plan of being organized in a practical sense. Not just boring organized. But with some personality. This is where we are going to live for a long time, I finally feel like I am getting settled here.
I should have organized my scrapbooking area a lot sooner. And I would have done it sooner had I known how much I would love it. If that makes sense.

1. Finally found a storage solution for all those Thickers. Thickers galore. And they weren't getting used because of the way the sheets were store. Not anymore. I bought a cheap magazine holder and here we are. Storage happiness
2. Found a few awesome chevron storage boxes on clearance at Michaels. Score. The big one is holding a few class projects and larger embellishments. They add a nice splash of color too. Also, this storage cube originally came with two side by side drawers. Originally, I planned on keeping them but I really had no use. I removed the drawers and the box fits perfectly.
3. Paper storage. Jon grabbed this 12x12 storage tray from him office when they were moving buildings. Life saver right there. I keep all of my favorite paper in the trays. The side slots are perfect for 6x6 paper pads and idea books.
4. I finally spruced up my plain white drawers by adding labels. Not the plain white labels they came with...but fun wood grain stamped labels. More color and texture.
I'm so glad I could share my little crafty space with you. It feels good to get things organized and looking pretty.
xoxo.
