Jon has found a new appreciation for Target and the College08 stuff. I personally, have always loved shopping for dorm stuff there.
So this is what we came home with

4 plates, 4 bowls, and 4 mugs. And we got silverware. It is our first soon-to-be apartment buy together. Crazy. It should be good for the two of us.The list of stuff we need is growing by the minute. Ick!

I was lucky enough to see this girl before her class today. She inspires me to dust off the ol' scrapbooking stuff.

Just relaxing for the day. Watching ANTM for the millionth time.

Its been too long...

sigh...I am a poor blogger. My internet at home is terribly slow...it makes blogging dreadful!
In the past week I have

1. Gotten a new job. Which equals new experiences. I like the job so far.

2. Went to Laura's bridal shower...which is my first real bridal shower. I must admit, I got a little teary eyed when she opened her first crock pot.
  

3. And for some big news. Jon and me are officially apartment shopping. We have seen one we absolutely love. But we are still in the process of sorting everything out...it's very exciting!
 
I think thats everything. Its been a crazy busy week. I am so ready to relax this weekend!

cruisin baby!

Ok...after all my complaining about going on the cruise, it ended up being awesome. I don't know why I was hesitant...my dad+brother+steph don't always make the greatest trio.

It was nice. We relaxed. Laid out. I read an good book.Got sun burnt. Drank Tequilla. Ate good food. Slept.

The boat was sick. So big with so much to do. And no sea sickness. Ensenada was also sick. Had to stop here and here...had a beer and a good laugh here. Gotta love Mexico and crazy American tourists. Wore a sombrero. Had to pick up some new earings, bracelets, and a pretty clay bowl. Ate an authentic churro...so much better then Costcos.

And we celebrated Fathers Day together. Nice planning dad. I am thankful for our good memories together, even if we don't always see eye to eye...I love them.

I officially have no other vacations planned this summer. Boo. Trying to scheme up the next one already.

Cruisin Along

It's been a long week.
But I am relaxing this weekend on a large ship with a pina colada in hand at all times.

Never been on a cruise...so hopefully we have fun. This was my dads plan so it should be interesting.

I know its my own fault for being an avid ready of US Weekly...but the Speidi has hit an all time low. Supposedly getting married now...eek. They give me the creeps.

Nothing still on the creative front. I lost my mojo.

Work is slow and boring for now. Big surprise.

Saw Sex and the City. It was amazing. I laughed and cried. Leanne and me "ooohhheed" over the beautiful shoes and dresses. Fabulous. We even enjoyed cosmos at the Yard House for the true SATC experience. Just lovely catching up with Leanne and seeing a good girl movie.

I am attempting to scrap San Francisco pictures. But I am totally not feeling it today. I need a serious creative jump start!
